Rex Ogbakpa (NGA) opened strong against Nigel Richards (NZL) at Board 1, replying to Nigel's opening H4 BRAWN (26) with 9C TRIOnYM (79), but fell behind as Nigel first cashed in the X (EXTREAT for 56), then the Z, then bingoed with DISFLESH (90) and two turns later ESTIVAL. By the time Rex was able to draw the other blank and fish KEELiNGS (86), it was too late.
