This round's spot prize: closest loss, with ties broken in favour of the higher losing score. So a one-point loss is guaranteed to win the prize, unless someone else has a higher-scoring one-point loss.

Okey Okoro (NGA) has now forfeited his fourth consecutive game, and has not been seen since before play started this morning. While we (TDs Amy Byrne and John Chew) were willing to consider fair ways of assigning forfeit spreads to a small number of his opponents today, we feel that to continue to do so would be too arbitrary and inequitably affect the eventual distribution of prizes. Accordingly, we have decided to remove him from the tournament and retroactively adjust the game spreads of all of his opponents yesterday to +75 (using the PENALTY feature of TSH).

Helen Gipson's (Sco) record is therefore now only 9-1 +1489. In second place behind her is Howard Warner (NZL) 9-1 +881. Then come Theresa Brousson (MLT) 8-2 +1081 and John Barker (AUS) +789.
