In response to a player query, and using a noise level tester app on my phone: 50 dB is the ambient noise level in the room, mainly due to the ventilation system. Shaking tiles or keeping score is about 60 dB. Scraping chairs on the floor is about 70 dB. There is no appreciable difference between the volume levels of different players' voices when keeping score.
